I suffered from back injury one month back while treking in the hills post then I had back pain on and off. I consulted ortho doctor who put me on pain killers that gave temporary relief and again my pain resurfaced. Someone advised to take physiotherapy then I came to know about gold medal clinic . Dr. Satyam consulted me on first day and thoroughly assessed me. According to him, I had some muscle imbalance and that’s what was triggering my back pain . He explained me the treatment protocol and time it will take to get better. After taking 5 to 6 sessions from dr payal now im pain free . I had suffered alot becoz of my shoulder pain it was getting worst day by day i was experiencing loss of movement in my shoulder ..i could not do even simple work like holding glass and even combing i felt i will never be able to continue my daily activities mene hr jagah treatment liya medicines liye nthing worked.
